One of COEC’s Core Values is our commitment to education and development: we believe in understanding and cultivating the potential of each individual, and we believe in the professional development and empowerment of our staff.

COEC promotes continuing education and professional development for our employees. We cover the cost of required certifications for year round positions, and we allocate a percentage of our budget to professional development, encouraging staff to seek out additional trainings and certifications that will enhance their ability to excel in their roles. Our approach to professional development and continuing emphasis on skills acquisition, leadership development, and professional growth is a key part of our commitment to keeping COEC current with industry standards and preserving our status as a leader in our field.
