Office Manager Job Description
Our office staff further the mission of Colorado Outdoor Education Center by providing exemplary service to all guests or potential guests while being a welcoming face to all guests, clients, or groups on our property. This is a year round position. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis throughout the year.
We are not currently hiring for this role.

What Are We Looking For?
Minimum qualifications, education, and experience.
- Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining a high level of performance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient Knowledge of Google Drive, Microsoft, and Quickbooks
- Education or experience in Finance
- Professional communication skills
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Ability to learn and utilize familiarity with Online Reservation System
- Problem Solving Skills
- All COEC Employees must pass a background check.
Physical & other Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to navigate over uneven terrain
Job Benefits
-Competitive salary starting at $17.50 - $22.00/Hr.

Office Assistant Job Responsibilities
Essential:
- Manage: Recruitment, Bookings, Client Quotes, and Client Contracts
- Produce regular financial reports; oversee Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Work with recurring clients and their reservation needs
- Conference Room set-up
- Communicate guest needs and requests clearly across COEC departments
- Manage check in and processing of guests
- Work with outside vendors to ensure delivery of our services & products
- Alongside conference center director, oversee: office staff recruitment, hiring, onboarding, firing, scheduling, and evaluations.
Other Duties:
- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints / requests with professionalism and patience
- Adhere to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
